Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only.

If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
